Midlands Estate forms part of the prestigious Midrand Estate in Centurion. Covering 1,300ha it was established in 2001, when Bondev purchased the land from the Erasmus family who were the original landowners. The Estate has become extremely popular due to its central location, security and beautiful parks where residents can relax and enjoy the surrounds in safety.
The Midlands Estate is located between Johannesburg (Sandton City 27 km) and Pretoria (Menlyn 21km), a few km off the N1 (Ben Schoeman Highway). The Estate is accessed from either the Samrand turnoff on the N1 or from Nelmapius Drive. Millions have been spent to ensure a superb integration of the estate into the existing road infrastructure.
Midlands Estate is the largest and the latest of the Midrand Estate developments. Large portions of the Estate are not yet proclaimed. The developed part features stands from 600 sm to 1,200 sm and range in price from R380, 000 to R1m. (2009) This estate only offers free-standing houses.
